  19.     With HPM, you can begin planning your project
  20.     in any of several different windows.

  22.     You start here with the ~Fast track~2.

  24.     Your boss needs to know how you've scheduled
  25.     things for the Expo.  You decide that HPM's
  26.     Fast track is just right for presenting a
  27.     quick, clear picture.

  32.     Planning for the Expo involves a couple of
  33.     major tasks -- setting up travel and
  34.     staffing the booth.

  36.     Fast track lets you display these tasks as
  37.     horizontal lines against a timescale.  You
  38.     move, expand, or shorten them, experimenting
  39.     with various time periods or placements.
  40.  
  41.     With Fast track, you do it all right on
  42.     the screen.

  47. from the Main Menu.

  52. the ~task area~2. The ~timescale~2 above shows dates

  54. can hold comments about each row of tasks.  At
  55. the bottom of the screen is an ~information line~2.

  158. You're already on the task.  You can
  159. simply add days with a key press.

  164. pressing the Plus (+) key. Each press
  165. expands the line by one time unit (in
  166. this case, a day).  Add one more.

  175. to fix.  Just press the Minus (-) key
  176. to lop off a day.  (Again, that's the
